George Burns said “Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city.” I love that. I can relate a little.... we live a few hours from MOST of our family. We see one another on special occasions and I love that. I have a friend who lives near his dad. I think it's pretty cool, but my friend said he needs a little break once in a while. His dad is still scolding him on a regular basis for things that most adults don't get scolded for. I'll bet he will miss that someday. My dad passed away in 1995. I'd give about anything for another day, even if it meant him scolding me a little. I probably have it coming
