Jim Rohn said "Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune." This may be my favorite quote of the week. I know many amazing people with a formal education, so please don't think I'm against that... but I also know many self-taught people who astound me! If you don't have a diploma to hang up... make sure you focus on learning YOUR OWN way. Whether that's reading books... watching videos... or going to seminars on your chosen subject. Sometimes without that diploma... you need to work twice as hard to get the same respect! But it will also usually cost you far less to get there!
