Dolly Parton said “If you see someone without a mile, given them one of yours” I absolutely LOVE Dolly Parton! This is such a simple and EASY thing to do. Just smile at people. I've done this most of my life. I even had the nickname SMILEY for a while. I would also make a point to say good morning to people in the office. I had a guy who was in a grumpy mood and he kinda scolded me for doing that, but I had others come to the rescue and tell me how much THEY look forward to it. The grumpy guy eventually apologized and he began being nicer to everyone too! I think he noticed that I was always in a better mood than HE was!
