They're pouring over numbers to figure out their game plan. Some people have this down to a science... others kind of “wing it” but we ALL want to have a better year than we had this year. I don't think ANYONE is planning to do less... or make less... or help fewer clients in the coming year. So if you're plan is to grow and do more... and build up those around you. It may make sense to “steadfastly refused to quit” until you get the desired outcome. And if you don't get there, keep on trying!
