Mary Tyler Moore said "Take chances, make mistakes. That's how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage. You have to fail in order to practice being brave." What a great quote. Too many times, people play it safe… like a mid-level manager afraid to attempt anything new, out of fear that it “might not work”! Or it could be something as simple as picking bland neutral colors when painting your home, so it might sell better someday in the future. I understand that, but what about picking something YOU like? Take some chances… make some mistakes… but take CALCULATED risks in life and you’ll be happier in the long run! Like I’ve said before… don’t bet the farm, but maybe bet a chicken or two.
