H.G. Wells said "The crisis of today is the joke of tomorrow." Have you ever been in that situation? I have been… too many times! Something happens that causes pain or suffering or both. Sometimes even a financial loss that hurts. It’s not fun… and certainly not funny. But, somehow, over time and with some growth from the situation, we find ways to see the humor in the crisis. For me, it’s usually because I responded to the event in a weird way. Sometimes I react in ways that others wouldn’t react, and those things can later make a pretty good story! For me, I find comfort in sharing these stories with people in an effort to make them laugh, and to hopefully help them avoid doing the same!
