Jay-Z said "I love what I do, and when you love what you do, you want to be the best at it." I can relate to this for sure! I absolutely love what I do. I’ll never claim to be the best at this… I’m sure there are MANY people who are far better… and much more qualified to do this! I do however, appreciate that I’ve been blessed to be able to do this each week. I can’t imagine what else I would do. Frankly, I’m not qualified to do most things! I work with amazing people and have a team of awesome and talented individuals who work with our team. That is another blessing. To surround yourself with OTHER people who love what they do too! That matters! I’ve worked with people who didn’t have passion. It’s tough!
