I think we may have mentioned this one before, but thank you Cole for sharing it again! I've held many positions in companies, from the bottom rung of the ladder to the CEO. I remember thinking how great it would be to be my own boss... and to not have to worry about answering to anyone... but that's not true. I still had to answer to someone... EVERYONE was my boss. Every customer and every employee could easily make a decision to no longer work with me. My job was to keep them all happy!
