I remember something kind of like this that was taught to me when I was 19 year old. I was taking on a sales position at the radio station I worked at. I absolutely loved being on the radio, but I wanted to make more money, so I was going to do the morning show, then go out and work with businesses for the rest of the day. I absolutely LOVED that. I listened to a tape... yeah... a cassette... I'm old! The guys said, on a sales call sometimes the first one to speak loses! You ask for the order, then be quiet. Let them think. Let them speak first. That's hard for me!
