Peter Drucker said "Entrepreneurship is neither a science nor an art. It is a practice." I can agree with that one! I wish it was more of a science. Then A plus B would always equal C. That's not how it works. I've witnessed this first hand. Two clients who were doing the exact same thing... but they were getting different results. I tried to dig into this to see what factors needed to change. Was it something we were doing DIFFERENTLY for the one? No, It seemed like, if ANYTHING, that client should be getting even better results. I was trying so hard to help! When that little experiment was over. I was sad and very confused.
