James Cardinal Gibbons said "There are no working hours for leaders." I understand this one more than you know. When I worked for others, I had regular hours. I would usually show up early and stay a little late. That helped me climb the ladder to a higher position, where the hours were better, but I still showed up early and stayed even later. That eventually led me to becoming the owner of my own company, where there were absolutely no hours. I would work whenever I felt like working. But for me, that was most of the time. I love what I'm blessed to do! If I'm not working, I'm thinking about work. But I love it all!
