Nooyi said “Leadership is hard to define, and good leadership even
harder. But if you can get people to follow you to the ends of the
earth, you are a great leader.” I know many people who are natural
leaders for this very reason. I bet we could all think of some
nationally famous leaders who have this kind of charisma or whatever
you call it. People who lead because people WANT to follow them.
People are drawn to them for some reason. Many times it's because we
feel like they're being genuine. You just like what they say and how
they say it. Some of these people find a nice place in show business.
Some find their home in politics. Others find a fine little home in
media. Now with social media this is open to everyone with that
thing. That charisma or whatever you want to call it. They say things
and people follow them!
