George Washington said "Happiness depends more upon the internal frame of a persons own mind, than on the externals in the world." I like that. I've never heard this quote before, but I love it. I try to float through life with a smile on my face. I do my very best to find happiness wherever I go. Does that mean that I'm never unhappy? Of course not. Sadly, I still need more help here, but I'm trying to find joy everywhere. I'm also trying to SPREAD joy and happiness. If I'm known for something, I'd rather it be something positive. I don't want to be the guy who's always unhappy and spreading that unhappiness wherever I go. I try to be the glass half full guy. I encourage you to do the same thing. Look inside yourself to find things to smile about. Find things that make you happy and focus on some of those things when you need a boost.
