Venus Williams said "You have to believe in yourself when no one else does—that makes you a winner right there." I love this. I watched the movie about their family a few years ago. King Richard showed the determination of Richard Williams, the father of Venus and Serena Williams, and several other children, but the whole world knows these two because they are a few of the best tennis players on the planet. Their father was a driving force to help them reach the top of their game. When other kids were watching TV, they were playing tennis. When other kids were taking the summer to play with friends and go to the pool, they were playing tennis. If you wonder what it takes to be the very best, I encourage you to see this movie. It's not easy, and it's probably not always fun, but they put in the time and effort to become champions!
