Demetri Martin said “In America, one sure sign of success is the presence of an unnecessary waterfall in a person’s yard.” OK... this was shared with my by a friend because I'm in the process of adding a very unnecessary waterfall and pond in our backyard. It's something that I've wanted to do since we bought this house. I have the perfect place for it and I've been getting the materials ready for months. I'm actually tackling this project right now. I'm hoping I'll have a nice relaxing place to hang out soon. It is very unnecessary … but I'm also pretty excited to have it done! I also deny this is connected to any kind of marker of success... I just hope it doesn't leak!
